I live in Georgia with my three children, Genesis 17, Freedom 13, and Truth 11, They bring out the jerk in me sometimes, but mostly teach me what love looks like. They are hilarious, entertaining, challenging, and amazing creatures! You will get to know them well!
For work, I am a Health and Wellness Coach for families and individuals near and far and I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
I believe that life can be easier than you think, and everything can be made simple. So I am here share tricks and tools I use to make life easier. I want to share the ways I plan meals and school lunches for my family, ways I manage to juggle work and home life, what it's like to be a mom of bi-racial children, and how I care for full heads of lovely curly hair. Lets talk about why its ok to stay in our pajamas on Saturday while we pretend not to hear the kids fighting in the next room, and ways to co-parent when one parent doesn't live in your home. I would love to learn together how to be a better friend, and how to be a kick ass mom...
If I have learned anything in life it's that things change, and that's OK! Life should be simple, life should be easy, challenging and demanding at times too... but most of all it should be fun!
