1/2 tsp each, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder Salt, Pepper, Parsley Flakes
2, 1/2 cup, Roma Tomatoes

Prepare Your Space
Large Skillet
Large Mixing Bowl
Baking Sheet
Casserole Baking Dish
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
Thinly Slice Zucchini (circles)
Lay Flat on Baking Sheet
Bake @350 for 15 minutes

Bell Pepper
Onion
Heat Skillet over Medium Heat and Saute
Onion
Bell Pepper

Once Cooked, Add Turkey and Seasoning, Cook to Brown

Tomato Sauce
Roma Tomatoes
Then Simmer
Remove Skillet from heat and allow to cool
In Large Mixing Bowl Combine
Italian Seasoning
Egg White
Ricotta Cheese
Grated Parmesan
Layer Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, Ricotta Cheese Mix, and Zucchini "Noodles" into Greased (or Buttered) Baking Dish Should create three layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and cheese is browned.
This will make 8 Servings, great for sharing with the family, or taking to work for lunches.
